Rejuvenate Spring Session

For women, 55 years and up, an approachable 6 week session focused on foundational functional fitness. Workouts will include instruction on proper body mechanics, light cardio, progressive strength training and a restorative cooldown. This 1-hour class meets twice a week & will include a 45 min workout followed by a guided stillness practice.
Space is limited to 10 participants.
